Insegnandomi e donandomi gli strumenti necessari per Sentirmi, Accettarmi e Agire verso ciò che è giusto per me, una visone che prima di questo percorso non avevo, era sempre disturbato da fattori esterni che mi condizionavano inconsciamente. Voglio RINGRAZIARE Davide e Annalisa per avermi mostrato che esistono anche altre vie. Contatto per me è quella famiglia che ho sempre voluto e che ora è. For me, Contatto represents that drive I was looking for, to have the Courage to Be. La dedizione di Davide e Annalisa all'insegnamento e la cura con la quale accompagnano chi decide di intraprendere il cammino dello yoga rendono ogni lezione una grande possibilità di crescita e contatto con se stessi. E quanto è bella l'atmosfera che si crea nei gruppi grazie al senso di armonia e pace che sanno portare! Avendo fatto molti altri percorsi formativi riguardanti il corpo e il movimento posso dire che non si trova spesso questa qualità, che riunisce insieme competenza, entusiasmo, passione, disponibilità, cura. Ho trovato un luogo in cui si respira una grande cura e accoglienza. Annalisa e Davide sono due maestri estremamente competenti, attenti, rispettosi. Per me, lo spazio ideale per crescere nella pratica dello yoga. In Contact I started practicing yoga again after a long break and I felt it was time to go back to practice. I have found a place where there is great care and hospitality. Annalisa and Davide are two extremely competent, attentive and respectful teachers. For me, the ideal space to grow in the practice of yoga.
