★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salvo poche eccezioni, maleducazione e arroganza da parte del personale. Poco curati e in disuso gli ambienti. Non rispondono mai al telefono per appuntamenti che si prendono obbligatoriamente e paradossalmente solo via linea telefonica. Quando si riesce a prendere la linea si viene trattati in malo modo. Peccato perché la struttura è storica.
With a few exceptions, rudeness and arrogance on the part of the staff. Little cared for and disused environments. They never answer the phone for appointments that are compulsorily and paradoxically taken only via the telephone line. When you manage to take the line you are treated badly. Too bad because the structure is historic.
