Iniziano a consegnare i risultati alle 9:30 (orario in cui in teoria dovevano già aver finito), nel giro di 3 minuti consegnano tutti i risultati non perché siano efficienti, ma perché su 10 persone era pronto solo il risultato di una. I miei dovevano essere pronti la settimana scorsa, ho sprecato un ora in sala d'attesa per nulla. Il personale non è né gentile né garbato.
Pick up time 8: 30/9: 30. They begin to deliver the results at 9:30 am (in theory they should have already finished), within 3 minutes they deliver all the results not because they are efficient, but because out of 10 people only the result of one was ready. My parents had to be ready last week, I wasted an hour in the waiting room for nothing. The staff is neither kind nor polite.
