A ottobre scelgo questa struttura per fare il corso per il libretto sanitario, mi viene rilasciato un foglio della validità di sei mesi e mi viene lasciato detto che sarei stata richiamata per fare l’esame il prima possibile, tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Vengo richiamata a febbraio da una ragazza che mi informa della prenotazione dell’esame e mi rassicura che il giorno prima dell’esame avrebbe inviato un messaggio per ricordare dei documenti da portare l’orario ecc. Il messaggio non arriva faccio una chiamata al centro questa mattina risponde la titolare con un fare molto arrogante aggredendomi al telefono nonostante io non sia nemmeno riuscita a spiegarle il problema, risponde dicendomi di recensire in modo negativo in quanto non le interessava. Ripeto i dipendenti mi sono sembrati di una gentilezza e professionalità da lodare. A star only for employees. Negative experience.
