Ho a tutt'oggi un problema con il wi-fi applicato alla stufa(al modico prezzo di 280,00€) e non capisco quale sia la difficoltà ad effettuare la sostituzione! Il venditore dice che è compito dell'istallatore avvertire la ditta madre,l'istallatore dice che lo ha fatto ma non gli fanno sapere nulla! Ovviamente io cliente,sono quello che ne paga le conseguenze! Ah,l'istallatore consigliatomi dal venditore,tal Eugenio De Luca,è più impegnato di un cardiochirurgo di fama mondiale!se lo chiamate,su 10 volte,risponde 1,non lui,ovviamente,ha una pseudo- segretaria-compagna,la cui unica frase che vi dirà è "mi informo e le faccio risapere"....ovviamente finisce lì! Una accoppiata venditore -installatore che non auguro al peggior nemico della mia vita!
I bought a LineaVz pellet stove from them. Non-existent after-sales! I still have a problem with the wi-fi applied to the stove (at the modest price of € 280.00) and I don't understand what the difficulty is in making the replacement! The seller says it is the installer's job to warn the parent company, the installer says he did it but they don't let him know! Obviously I am the customer, the one who pays the consequences! Ah, the installer recommended to me by the seller, a certain Eugenio De Luca, is busier than a world-famous heart surgeon! If you call him, out of 10 times, he answers 1, obviously not he has a pseudo-secretary-partner, whose the only sentence he will say to you is "I'll find out and let them know" .... obviously it ends there! A coupled seller-installer that I do not wish for the worst enemy of my life!
