β β β β β I really don't understand the way they are working.This is a country with latest technology and allover the country is using online methods to give appointment s.But this office!!!People have to be there early in the morning (I went at 5.30 am,there were 17 people before me) to get an appointment.No one answer the fone.Please wake up.This is like a topical sri Lankan government office in Italy.sorry to say we feel so sad about our poor people.

Am trying to call you people to get an appointment rather just get information but the line is always occupied, after 15 redials the line gets through but too vain that cut the line, just like that. Insane that in 2021 these offices treat their own citizens and outsiders like this. Facebook page is updated once in a blue moon, message them there and what's said is to call them. We call and this happens. Time to wake up and do something about it. I kindly ask the Ambassador/Ambassadress to see into this problem. For the people who aren't residents in Milan, its not an easy task. Thanking you with utmost disappointment !!

β β β β β The worst embassy in the world is consulate genaral of sri lanka .their efficiency is getting weak day by day. Cant get appointments untill 6th may but we cant book an appointment too .no phone answering .so how you could helpfull to us.our documents are getting expired.this officers waste our money , time and govement's money.they take all the italian and sri lankan holy days too.i should say there is a officer about over 50 black short old man who doesent know how to respect people and how to talk .so dissapointed

β β β β β I went there with my Aunt .she needs to certify the power of Attorney. Her nephew was taken her appointment cos Aunt doesn't know how to use computer .Apart from that 2 person need for the witnesses they should be proved relationship with Aunt. .usually In srilanka especially for wedding witnesses some time PRESIDENT or prime minister ..they were never asking from witnesses what is relationship with brides or bridegroom ...anyway we should have paid 40 β¬ after that they don't needs witnesses. ...we have had lot of arguments more than 30 minutes....we were wasted time...they were taking no point /NONSENSE..that is nature of the consular general office in milan....??????
