★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale disponibile...ma posizionato un po' fuori mano per servire tutto il comune di Catania ed i comuni nel suo hinterland, rendendo il ritiro in sede non esattamente agevole. Inoltre la sede non è sufficientemente indicata all'interno del parco commerciale, pertanto non si trova immediatamente.
 Helpful staff ... but positioned a little out of the way to serve the entire municipality of Catania and the municipalities in its hinterland, making the collection on site not exactly easy. Bad courier, they never answer both in Catania and in Syracuse, then in the tracking it says ke the package is damaged but it never arrived to me to ascertain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza parli con il call center e non sanno nulla e non mi danno informazioni ,vai sul sito e mi da sempre errore nella vostra sede non avete un numero di tel. ,non è possibile che nel 2021 siete cosi incompetenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arriva a casa l'omino addetto al recapito della corrispondenza e lascia un avviso di giacenza mentre sono a casa per pranzare.... Neanche ha citofonato.... Tanto tutti abbiamo tempo da perdere per andare a ritirare.... Servizio pessimo!!!!
The little man in charge of delivering correspondence arrives home and leaves an inventory notice while I'm at home to have lunch .... He didn't even have an intercom .... We all have time to waste to go and collect .... Bad service !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Lasciato avviso senza aspettare la risposta al citofono (ci sono persone anziane che hanno bisogno di qualche secondo in più ). Sull'avviso il numero telefonico risulta inesistente. Dopo una ricerca on line trovato il numero telefonico, più volte richiamato non risponde nessuno.
