È da un mese che attendo risposta per il cambio di contratto di locazione ( cedolare secca a canone agevolato)e mai nessuno mi ha spiegato quali ritardo ci siano.stati. Ancora aspetto e se non rispondono gli parte una diffida con denuncia dal.mio legale. Ho sempre dovuto inseguire quella che si definisce dottoressa, mai mi ha scritto mail per rispondere a quesiti o semplice invio di documentazione. Una vergogna assoluta ed ho pure pagato 150 euro per la pratica. Professionalità e correttezza pari a zero. Bad experience.
