I	Igino Murri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale non risponde al telefono.. due giorni di seguito e nessuna risposta..come si fa a contattare questo Ufficio?? cosa avranno mai da fare x non potere alzare la cornetta de telefono..sono un possessore di telepass da circa 25 anni..un po di rispetto x i clienti..!! ci vuole poco!!!! grazie. The staff does not answer the phone .. two days in a row and no answer .. how do you contact this office ?? what will they ever have to do x not being able to pick up the phone .. I have been a telepass owner for about 25 years .. a bit of respect for customers .. !! it takes a little !! thank you.

L'efficienza dei dipendenti compensa la fila ed il disagio. It is absurd that some telepass activations or license plate changes cannot be done online even via certified e-mail. Employee efficiency compensates for the queue and inconvenience.

Si spiegano i tempi di attesa!!! Punto blu: at the end of August, first attempt with a very long line. Second attempt with 3 people in a row. Once inside, only one was active on 3 stations. Waiting times are explained !!!

Vista la scarsa qualità del servizio offerto, Noi consumatori, purtroppo ritieniamo che la maggior parte poi del Personale(a discapito dei pochi) non lavorino con professionalità, perchè scarso(disastri della politica). Tutto questo sottrae risorse utitli alla comunità. Che qualcuno faccia qualcosa..... The motorway service is perhaps one of the worst in the world.
