★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un amico di lunga conoscenza mi segnalò la sede k ben conosceva,peraltro a me assai comoda × la vicinanza.Ho verificato in loco k le varie procedure vengono svolte con serietà, professionalità ed educazione.Non è da sottovalutare k l'addetto dedica una cura particolare alla mia Alfa Romeo duetto ( coda tronca ) k registra nella carta di circolazione - al tempo in uso - una lunga serie di revisioni con felice esito.
Sono sempre stato trattato con cortesia e sono ormai.un cliente " fidelizzato " k fra breve sottoporrà il duetto al controllo di rito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo appuntamento alle 9 e trovo la fila di auto e devo aspettare 2 ore per una revisione! Nel passaggio stretto per l'auto quando arrivi non ti viene incontro nessuno per aiutarti a fare manovra! Sta di fatto che per girarmi in quel mucchio selvaggio di auto parcheggiate ho toccato in retromarcia una vettura! Sta difatto che alla fine una revisione mi è costata 500€ !!! Qualità totale è anche assistere il cliente in manovra o prendere l'auto in consegna subito! Non ci tornerò mai più ovviamente!
I had an appointment at 9 and I find the line of cars and I have to wait 2 hours for a review! In the narrow passage for the car when you arrive, no one comes towards you to help you maneuver! The fact is that in order to turn around in that wild pile of parked cars I touched a car in reverse! The fact is that in the end a revision cost me 500 € !!! Total quality also means assisting the customer in maneuvering or taking the car for immediate delivery! I will never go back of course!
