Il lavoro, sostituzione del kit frizione, è stato eseguito in maniera impeccabile, rispettando (anzi, anticipando) i tempi previsti e ad un prezzo più che competitivo. Ma non è solo la professionalità nel lavoro a colpire: Emiliano e il suo staff sono persone gentilissime, cordiali con cui volentieri si scambiano due chiacchiere e in generale nell'officina si respira un'aria di familiarità e simpatia. È evidente l'attenzione di Emiliano nel tenere alta la bandiera della sua officina venendo incontro alle esigenze dei clienti con passione e dedicando anche il suo tempo libero alla ricerca di ricambi e soluzioni per problemi non di immediata risoluzione. Completa il tutto un'attenzione a tutto tondo nella cura dell'auto che è stata provata a fondo ed è stata anche riconsegnata con la batteria ricaricata. Ma sono due le cose che mi hanno colpito di più, anzi tre. Dico subito la terza ovvero la pulizia dei locali, dovrebbe essere scontata, lo so, ma non sempre è così e da Rischia la pulizia è evidente quanto la razionalità dello sfruttamento dei locali. Ma torniamo alle due cose. La prima riguarda il metodo, direi che la soluzione dei problemi (le riparazioni) passano attraverso una ricerca attenta, scientifica, delle possibili cause, per sintomi, esclusioni e infine tentativi. Il fatto è che una soluzione viene sempre trovata. La seconda è forse la cosa più importante in assoluto, la gentilezza, dunque la disponibilità , la cortesia e il sorriso con cui Emiliano Rischia accoglie i clienti sono determinanti per mettere a proprio agio i clienti. Non è poco. Menzione va fatta anche di Matteo, collaboratore fedele da diversi anni, che ha fatto proprie tutte le qualità della casa. Molto gentili ed educati anche i suoi collaboratori. I preventivi sono precisi e i lavori son studiati e ben eseguiti. Piacevolmente inattesa, per un'officina, l'indicazione "biblioteca". Un po' fuori mano, per chi non abita in zona (anche se il 445 ferma a breve distanza e, comunque, in officina si può chiedere uno strappo sino alla vicina e servitissima via Lanciani), ma ci sono molti buoni motivi che possono far dimenticare questo piccolo sacrificio. Dopo aver richiesto un preventivo sul sito vengo contattato dal signor Emiliano ovvero il titolare dell officina che mi chiede qualche informazione e mi invia il preventivo via mail .accetto il preventivo comunicandoglielo via telefono avendo già sentito altri 2 meccanici di zona che mi avevano chiesto un po' di più o erano rimasti vaghi del tipo " smonto e devo vedere ". avevo bisogno di sostituire una frizione per una Toyota Yaris col cambio robotizzato e devo dire che sono rimasto molto colpito dalla professionalità nonché educazione e infine precisione con la quale hanno effettuato il lavoro Non solo ma anche il prezzo che è stato giusto ovvero dettagliato il costo della manodopera il prezzo del pezzo cambiato quindi mi sono sentito veramente accolto come si dovrebbe sempre.
