Sul sito viene indicato il periodo in cui comunicare la lettura relativa alla propria zona, ma quando vado a digitate la lettura mi risponde che il periodo non è quello. O il sito è da aggiornare o il sistema non funziona. Provo a contattare operatore non rispondono, bisogna andare allo sportello per fare una lunga fila e sperare che risolvono il problema. Nonostante l'invio di due PEC, decine di telefonare al numero fisso ed a quello verde e quindi perdita di soldi aspetto una vostra risposta da quasi due mesi. Siete pessimi, io che vivo a 900km di distanza ormai cosa dovrei fare per parlare con un dipendente, pagarmi un volo o un biglietto del treno? Tutti noi utenti di Alto Calore dovremmo fare una class action e farvi causa tramite le associazioni dei consumatori per come ci trattate. 314 euro di bolletta e neanche rispondete.
