Al quanto vergognoso, non esiste parcheggio, i Tir in attesa di scarico sono costretti a sostare lungo la strada bloccando le automobili parcheggiate.
Il bello è che questi " CATTIVI ESEMPI PER LA SOCIETA' " dovrebbero darti almeno la possibilità di attendere in cabina la chiamata alle ribalte via cellulare , ma siccome non ti considerano un essere umano ma bensì una bestia ti chiamano per diffusione (un megafono tipo quello dell'ispettore Za za' , Zenigata di Lupin) e che non si sente nemmeno fuori dal loro stesso cancello.
Ma il dirigente di questa piattaforma si è mai guardato allo specchio la mattina quando si sveglia? io mi vergognerei se fossi in lui.
Alla fine avendo dovuto parcheggiare a mt 400 di distanza dalla loro piattaforma per evitare di perdere la priorità ho dovuto attendere un'ora e mezza fuori e davanti il cancello come un cane, che il tizio mi chiamasse, lasciando incustodito il mezzo e la merce.
Dico al direttore ma se fosse piovuto ?
In Africa sono meglio organizzati !

But has the manager of this platform ever looked in the mirror in the morning when he wakes up? I would be ashamed if I were him.
Eventually having to park 400 meters away from their platform to avoid losing priority I had to wait an hour and a half outside and in front of the gate like a dog, for the guy to call me, leaving the vehicle and the goods unattended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se arrivi la sera sei fra i primi la mattina e scarichi abbastanza presto. Se arrivi di mattina e trovi coda stai lì ore, l'area di scarico riservata agli arrivi è piccola e si riempie in fretta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono alle email, non rispondono al telefono. Comunicazione impossibile. Pessimo servizio e quando rispondono sono scortesi. "Stiamo lavorando!!", come se gli altri invece non lo facessero. Sono felice di non avere più a che fare con quest'azienda. Per i piccoli negozi sono decisamente un fornitore inadeguato.
They don't answer emails, they don't answer the phone. Impossible communication. Bad service and when they answer they are rude. "We're working !!", as if the others didn't. I am happy to no longer have anything to do with this company. For small shops they are definitely an inadequate supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale e gentile. Tempi di attesa vergognosi. Chiamata tramite megafono che se ti allontani 10 metri non si sente più. Parcheggio per attesa scarico indecente. Servizi igienici puliti ma non curati. Non saprei come definire tutto ciò ma sicuramente non è fare LOGISTICA.
Friendly and kind staff. Shameful waiting times. Call via megaphone that if you walk away 10 meters is no longer heard. Parking for waiting indecent unloading. Clean but untreated toilet facilities. I don't know how to define this, but it certainly isn't LOGISTICS.
