I understand the emergency ... but three days without making a collection and delivery service Express domestic and international (well paid) without even notifying me ... seems unprofessional !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Сама погана вигрузка яка лиш є в Італії 24год простояв на рампі , прийшли другі камьйон з кофе вигнали з рампи і не вигрузили ,і угрожали поліцеєю карабінерами.
The worst unloading in Italy was on the ramp for 24 hours, the second truck with coffee came out of the ramp and did not unload, and threatened the police with carabinieri.
