Mi hanno fatto un colloquio per Responsabile Risorse Umane, per l'ufficio della nuova sede di Torino, offrendomi un contratto da dipendente amministrativo, con retribuzione da stagista. Ho rifiutato l'offerta, ovviamente. Non sono stati chiari nella telefonata che precede il colloquio.. E un ruolo di alta responsabilità come quello per il quale concorrevo, retribuito alla pari di una stagista, per giunta con contratto differente rispetto a quello che avrei svolto è imbarazzante.
Beware of job offers! They interviewed me as Head of Human Resources for the office of the new Turin office, offering me a contract as an administrative employee, with an internship salary. I refused the offer, of course. They were not clear in the phone call that precedes the interview .. And a role of high responsibility like the one for which I competed, paid at the same level as an intern, and with a different contract than what I would have done is embarrassing.
