★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo antichissimo. Già nel medioevo deviarono il Savena per portare acqua dentro la città di Bologna per far funzionare i mulini e per riempire il fossato est della città. Ora é restaurato bene, a parte la ex casa del custode.
Very ancient place. Already in the Middle Ages they diverted the Savena to bring water into the city of Bologna to run the mills and to fill the eastern moat of the city. It is now well restored, apart from the former caretaker's house.
