★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante siamo passati 2 volte ed era sempre chiuso (ahimè) siamo cmq riusciti ad assaggiare il buttafuoco e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Speriamo di trovare aperto al nostro prox passaggio....!!!
Although we passed 2 times and it was always closed (alas) we were able to taste the bouncer and we were very satisfied. We hope to find it open to our next step .... !!!

Minimo 20 € a bottiglia ma vale la pena almeno una volta nella vita. Assolutamente!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro il buttafuoco storico, è un vino di nicchia, non molto conosciuto in quanto il numero di bottiglie prodotte è limitato, ma è un vino prodotto con passione e nel rispetto delle tradizioni. Tanto di cappello a questi produttori!
I love the old Buttafuoco, it is a niche wine, not well known because the number of bottles produced is limited, but it is a wine made with passion and respect for traditions. Hats off to these producers!

Abbiamo è vero l'Enoteca Regionale, che a due anni dall'apertura è ancora una promessa in attesa di avverarsi.
Questa è più specialistica in quanto dedicata ai produttore del Consorzio del Buttafuoco Storico, un rosso di grande impegno prodotto in una zona ristretta dell'Oltrepò in base ad un capitolato molto restrittivo.
Oltre ai Buttafuoco è presente anche una selezione di altre etichette, sempre dei produttori del Buttafuoco. Facilissima da raggiungere in quanto a metà strada per Santa Maria della Versa da Stradella (A21 uscita Broni Stradella). comodo parcheggio e buona accessibilità disabili
