L' estate scorsa ho acquistato delle pertiche in resina a cui legare le piante di pomodori col risultato che alcune pertiche si sono spezzate , altre si sono piegate e la maggior parte sono cadute a terra. Di conseguenza molte piante di pomodori sono morte compromettendo il raccolto. Sono tornata al negozio per spiegare l' accaduto e la risposta del responsabile è stata la seguente " Non posso prendermi la responsabilità per una cosa che non ho prodotto io. Si rivolga al venditore". Ho quindi telefonato al venditore il quale mi ha detto che per ottenere la restituzione del prezzo pagato serviva una mail del venditore. Sono tornata al negozio per lasciare tutti i dati necessari per inoltrare al venditore il mio reclamo. Successivamente ho ricontattato il venditore per chiedere se aveva ricevuto la mail del consorzio e ho appreso che non aveva ricevuto alcuna mail. Sono rimasta profondamente amareggiata per il comportamento del Consorzio il quale mi ha preso in giro fregandosene del danno che mi ha causato.
Bad experience and indifferent owner. Last summer I bought some resin poles to tie the tomato plants to with the result that some poles broke, others bent and most fell to the ground. As a result, many tomato plants died compromising the yield. I went back to the shop to explain what happened and the manager's response was as follows: "I can't take responsibility for something I didn't produce. Ask the seller." I then phoned the seller who told me that an email from the seller was needed to get the price paid back. I went back to the shop to leave all the data necessary to forward my complaint to the seller. I subsequently contacted the seller to ask if he had received the consortium email and I learned that he had not received any email. I was deeply saddened by the behavior of the Consortium which made fun of me not caring about the damage it caused me.
