Queste le parole del proprietario di Confu, splendido ristorante posto al centro di Tivoli. E con delle parole così, come puoi non accettare il loro invito? Il ristorante è #fusion anche nell’aspetto, dando una calda sensazione di casa e di tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo presentando tutti i canoni tipici di un #ristorante orientale che si rispetti. Ma veniamo subito al nostro fantastico pasto. Cosa dire? Abbiamo mangiato molte cose buonissime, ma soprattutto veramente curiose, ottime per svegliare la vostra curiosità #sushittibile. Inutile dirvi che la qualità del #pesce era a dir poco celestiale, tra le migliori materie prime che abbiamo assaggiato finora: in più, come dicevamo, lo staff di Confu ci ha servito alcune particolari prelibatezze, come lo #scampo gravido, il merluzzo Cod direttamente dall’Alaska, il #nigiri #otoro scottato al momento con il carbone ardente e i particolarissimi #gunkan coi ricci di mare. I nostri piatti preferiti sono stati il famosissimo Amalfi Roll, con gambero fritto, crema di Trentino, cetriolo e topping di #tartare di #salmone, salsa al limone di Amalfi, scaglie di limone e granella di tempura, e i futomaki di Otoro, con tartare di otoro, erba cipollina e tartufo: imperdibili. Quando il caldo di Roma si farà insopportabile, dunque, non vi resta che venire a Tivoli, per viziarvi con la vostra (e nostra) grande passione da Confu tra il fresco dei Monti Tiburtini. The restaurant is #fusion also in appearance, giving a warm feeling of home and tranquility, but at the same time presenting all the typical canons of a self-respecting oriental restaurant. But let's get right to our amazing meal. What to say? We ate many delicious things, but above all really curious, excellent for waking up your #sushittibile curiosity. Needless to say, the quality of the #fish was nothing short of heavenly, among the best raw materials we have tasted so far: in addition, as we said, the Confu staff served us some particular delicacies, such as the #scampo gravido, cod cod. directly from Alaska, the #nigiri #otoro seared at the moment with burning coal and the very special #gunkan with sea urchins. Our favorite dishes were the very famous Amalfi Roll, with fried shrimp, Trentino cream, cucumber and #tartare di #salmone topping, Amalfi lemon sauce, lemon flakes and chopped tempura, and Otoro's futomaki, with tartare otoro, chives and truffles: unmissable. When the heat of Rome becomes unbearable, therefore, you just have to come to Tivoli, to spoil yourself with your (and our) great passion at Confu in the cool of the Tiburtini Mountains. Excellent cuisine, varied dishes, relaxed atmosphere. There is no low-table setting seen in other restaurants but overall pleasant.
