Una semplice chiamata per una banale informazione (che non mi hanno nemmeno fatto spiegare) e mi viene detto “mi spiace non è abbonata” non ho parole! Non siete nemmeno furbi! Avete anche perso una possibile futura abbonata! Non è per niente giusto e corretto! Anche la mia consulente è rimasta sbalordita!
