Contacted a couple of weeks ago for a Kayak excursion via whatsapp at the number indicated by them on the website. Messages read but no response, not even to confirm any unavailability. They obviously don't need new customers ...

nel mio caso sebbene abbia dichiarato di essere inesperto le informazioni datemi sono state scarse. Ci siamo anche ribaltati il che non sarebbe un problema ma dato che siamo stati criticati al nostro ritorno perché è avvenuto dove non avremmo dovuto essere (comunque vicino alla spiaggia da cui eravamo partiti e solamente perché male informati) lo diventa. Atteggiamento maleducato di fronte alla critica di questo comportamento da parte di uno dei dipendenti. Problemi anche in fase di prenotazione (comunque risolti)
Secondariamente mi sento di criticare la mancanza di giubbotti di salvataggio. Il mare è stato quasi sempre calmo e non è stato un problema ma la concorrenza li forniva.
Inoltre secondo me è necessario mostrare come.si usa la sacca stagna (ci si può arrivare ma dato che ci si mettono cose di valore dovrebbe essere un aspetto da non sottovalutare)

in my case although I declared to be inexperienced the information given to me was scarce. We also overturned which would not be a problem but since we were criticized on our return because it happened where we shouldn't have been (however close to the beach we started from and only because it was misinformed) it becomes. Rude attitude in the face of criticism of this behavior by one of the employees. Problems also during the booking phase (however solved)
Secondly, I would like to criticize the lack of life jackets. The sea was almost always calm and it wasn't a problem but the competition provided them.
Furthermore, in my opinion, it is necessary to show how the dry bag is used (you can get there but since you bring things of value into it it should be an aspect that should not be underestimated)

Fantastici i ragazzi del Conerostyle, che nel mio caso si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi e professionali nel darmi la possibilità di noleggiare per un paio di ore l'attrezzatura. Molto carina anche la parte di spiaggia in ciottoli, c'è sia la parte attrezzata che la parte libera. Agosto 2019. Unica difficoltà è nel trovare parcheggio, alle 08:45 non ce ne era nemmeno più uno, abbiamo parcheggiato allo scambiatore e poi preso la navetta fino giù per poi proseguire altri 5 min a piedi fino la spiaggia.
Fantastic and suggestive spot for all windsurfing lovers. Perfect conditions! Fantastic children's Conerostyle, which in my case proved most helpful and professional in giving me the opportunity to rent for a couple of hours the equipment. The part of the pebble beach is also very nice, there is both the equipped part and the free part. August 2019. The only difficulty is in finding parking, at 08:45 there was not even one, we parked at the exchanger and then took the shuttle down to then continue another 5 min walk to the beach.

Abbiamo prenotato quasi un mese prima per una gita lunga in kayak, ma una volta arrivati sul posto, due ore prima della partenza hanno annullato l'escursione causa mare non balneabile. Non discuto sulla decisione, dato che probabilmente era la scelta giusta. E' però poco professionale che non siamo stati contattati almeno il giorno prima per un'eventuale disdetta. Fossi in loro, innanzitutto avviserei prima che le condizioni possono non essere favorevoli, e poi offrirei magari un'alternativa (ad esempio, una convenzione con un qualche stabilimento per un posto in ombrellone allo stesso prezzo), dato che è complicato organizzare qualcosa una volta che si è sul posto, che tra l'altro è abbastanza complicato da raggiungere.
Bad experience. We booked almost a month before for a long kayaking trip, but once we got there, two hours before departure they canceled the excursion due to the sea being not suitable for swimming. I don't argue with the decision, as it was probably the right choice. However, it is unprofessional that we have not been contacted at least the day before for a possible cancellation. If I were them, I would first warn you that the conditions may not be favorable, and then I would perhaps offer an alternative (for example, an agreement with some establishment for an umbrella seat at the same price), since it is difficult to organize something once that you are on the spot, which by the way is quite complicated to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons appelé pour avoir des informations la veille et ils parlent anglais ce qui est pratique. Nous avons loué un canoë qui était très confortable avec des sortes de petits sièges que d'autres canoë n'ont pas. Excellente activité pour accéder à des petites plages inaccessibles autrement. Point négatif ils ont ouvert un peu en retard par rapport à l'horaire annoncé le matin et il n'y a aucune explication ou en tout cas ne nous ont pas demandé si nous en avions besoin. Il n'y a pas de gilet de sauvetage fourni ce qui est bien, mais cela pourrait déranger d'autres personnes
We called for information the day before and they speak English which is handy. We hired a canoe which was very comfortable with kinds of little seats that other canoes don't have. Excellent activity to access small beaches inaccessible otherwise. Negative point they opened a little late compared to the schedule announced in the morning and there is no explanation or in any case did not ask us if we needed it. There is no life jacket provided which is good, but it might disturb other people

Excellent canoe rental. Available both single and double. In the summer you must book in advance through any channel (phone, whatsapp, mail, website)
