★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza totalmente negativa. Ho portato la mia moto per un preventivo su una riparazione in seguito ad un piccolo urto ricevuto all'anteriore che ha messo fuori asse manubrio e forcelle. Intanto sembrava mi stesse facendo un favore per guardarla. Ha guardato la moto senza quasi avvicinarsi e senza nemmeno provarla ha sancito che avrei dovuto sostituire il manubrio, che è l'unica cosa che non aveva sicuramente danni, infatti quando gliel'ho fatto notare ha cambiato dicendo che bastava solo rimetterlo in asse. Non ha nemmeno ipotizzato che le forcelle potessero avere o meno danni. La sua conclusione è stata "portatemela la prossima settimana che ti rimetto in asse il manubrio", senza accennare minimamente a controllare le forcelle. Insomma, che il manubrio fosse fuori asse, ma non avesse danni gliel'ho fatto notare io, rimetterlo in asse lo so fare da solo, l'unica cosa utile sarebbe stata quella di fargli provare la moto per verificare tutto il resto (eg. forcelle), ma non mi è stato proposto.
Totally negative experience. I brought my motorcycle for a quote on a repair following a small impact received at the front that put off the handlebar axis and forks. Meanwhile he seemed to be doing me a favor to look at her. He looked at the bike almost without coming close and without even trying it he stated that I should replace the handlebar, which is the only thing that certainly had no damage, in fact when I pointed it to him he changed, saying that it was enough to put it back on board. He did not even assume that the forks could have damage or not. His conclusion was "bring it to me next week that I put the handlebars on board", without hinting at all to check the forks. In short, that the handlebars were off-axis, but had no damage, I pointed it out to myself, putting it back on track I know how to do it myself, the only useful thing would have been to let him try the bike to check everything else (eg. forks), but it was not proposed to me.
