On the occasion of the sales, the goods were what they were but the staff were polite and helpful. A star is missing because there was no shoehorn in the whole shop.

Quella che all'inizio era solo un'attività artigianale si è nel tempo evoluta, fino a diventare un'azienda leader nel confezionamento di capi in pelle di alta qualità. Per tutti vale l'obbligo di indossare la mascherina.. Mi sono trovata presso negozio che dopo un quarto d'ora che giro per il negozio mi trovo l'addetto a dirmi deve avere iguanti dietro.. Sono anch'io una commercianti so bene come funziona, io nella mia attività faccio trovare le mascherine a disposizione di tutti clienti dobbiamo aiutarci tra tutti per abituarsi al nuovo sistema .. Dirmelo con un modo arrogante anche no, dove mi diceva che le regole dobbiamo saperle noi, mi dispiace non funziona così anche perché all'entrata c'era scritto obbligo di guanti che sono a disposizione ma purtroppo non c'erano.. A parte bastava dirlo con un modo educato... Peccato che il direttore del negozio sia molto poco disponibile e disinteressato. I clienti vanno preservati e per quanto possibile accontentati. Le commesse sempre gentili e disponibili. Parlo da imprenditore e direttore commerciale. I give a Star to the manager ... I have been a customer for many years, I would say a great customer from a commercial point of view. P	Paolo Guidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 4 stelle per il personale femminile tutte gentili e preparate, avrei dato 5 stelle se non fosse per la figura del responsabile,unico uomo, che in tutte le volte che ho comperato si è dimostrato cafone con la clientela e poco preparato, a mio dire, per la funzione che investe con il proprio personale.Tutte le dipendenti che lavorano e lui imbambolato, sperso davanti all entrata del negozio. Credo che queste persone rovinino il buon nome di una azienda come la vostra.
