★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse dare 0 stelle è quello che farei. Ho preso in gastronomia 2 stinchi di maiale con patate. La cosa che ho fatto quando sono arrivato a casa è stato di buttare via tutte. Secondo me era roba vecchia e ricotta. Lo stinco era immangiabile, non si tagliava nemmeno e la carne non sapeva di niente. Le patate puzzavano, sicuramente erano li da un po' o sono state cotte in olio vecchio. Non mi vedrete mai più.
 If you could give 0 stars that's what I would do. I got 2 pork shanks with potatoes in the delicatessen. The thing I did when I got home was to throw them all away. In my opinion it was old stuff and ricotta. The shin was inedible, it didn't even cut, and the meat tasted like nothing. The potatoes stank, they had certainly been there for a while or had been cooked in old oil. You will never see me again.
