Il14 mesi presenta una grana debolmente friabile e morbida,ed al gusto rimane delicato con sentori lattici molto pronunciati di burro fresco e di latte. Il prodotto di 30 mesi invece presenta una grana con più friabilita' e consistenza,il sapore è maggiormente spiccato,intenso,molto più gustoso. Il sapore del latte si unisce al sapore accentuato della stagionatura che dona persistenza e piacevolezza maggiore...
