Oggi sono stato perfino minacciato (“ti do due pugni in faccia”) dal responsabile della gastronomia perché non aveva tempo di ascoltarmi.
Very rude staff.
Today I was even threatened ("I'll punch you in the face") by the head of the gastronomy because he didn't have time to listen to me.

Not too big but the structure is that, welcoming, very kind and polite quality products and choice, excellent underground parking even if tight for going out.
