L'addetta al reparto si accinge al frigo e poi torna dicendomi che le vongole erano state ritirate dalla vendita in quanto avevano il guscio rotto ed erano state riconsegnate al fornitore. Non mi metto a sindacalizzare 1kg di Vongole,ma la serietà!!Se fornite come servizio la possibilità di ordinare dovete chiedere il numero di telefono del cliente per avvisarlo in caso di imprevisti. Ben fornito il banco del fresco, peccato che lo staff condivida stanchezza e frustrazioni del proprio lavoro con la clientela anche di passaggio.....Possibile pagare anche con buoni pasto elettronici, ovviamente se il collegamento prende e si può aspettare anche fino a 15 minuti bloccati alla cassa e bloccando una cassa (senza dirottare i clienti in fila verso altra cassa) per sentirsi dire che a causa del mancato collegamento a loro non imputabile si deve pagare tutta la spesa fatta!
