Conad is Italy's Tesco or Walmart, everything you can think of is here (yes there is 'junk' here also) but you will have a feast with the food and the quantity and choice
Conad 8s very good but it's nothing like M&S or a good local deli etc but you can get everything you need here all fresh and good quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy convenience store located by the peer. Always seems busy and long queues. Prices are reasonable in retrospect to home prices. This isn't open 24/7 as suggested in another review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable prices, good range and good quality. Love their own brand products, often better than the big brands. Especially toiletries. Great deli and service but do be prepared to queue for the delivery and the til at peak times

Be careful though at the bakery, it was 9:30am when I went and the pastry I got was clearly not fresh...
Try their own brand for biscuits it's cheap, good and varied.
