★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione non riguarda il servizio ma è un consiglio su una struttura che ho sempre considerato avere del potenziale. Innanzitutto potrebbe essere restaurata con un colore più contemporaneo tipo grigio chiaro poi avete un sacco di tetti con esposizione solare altissima, potreste avere 100% di energia rinnovabile e costi di bolletta bassissimi, avete a disposizione i bonus da utilizzare. Il cortile interno potrebbe ospitare più eventi pubblici come concerti, ne fate troppo pochi (anche prima della pandemia). Grazie e arrivederci.
My review is not about service but it is advice on a property that I have always considered to have potential. First of all it could be restored with a more contemporary light gray color then you have a lot of roofs with very high sun exposure, you could have 100% renewable energy and very low bill costs, you have bonuses to use. The inner courtyard could host more public events such as concerts, you do too few (even before the pandemic). Thank you and goodbye.
