Nonostante non sia certo una meta turistica, Valle Lomellina vanta alcune importanti ricchezze artistiche, fra cui un imponente castello del XIV Secolo posto al centro dell'abitato. Purtroppo si tratta di un edifico privato, non visitabile, ma lo si può veder emergere dal folto del suo splendido parco.
Da visitare preferibilmente in autunno, quando avviene il taglio del riso e la campagna circostante si riempe di colori e odori antichi.
Characteristic town of Lomellina, where rice cultivation is king. The landscape is adjusted accordingly.
Although it is certainly not a tourist destination, Valle Lomellina boasts some important artistic treasures, including an imposing XIVth century castle located in the center of the town. Unfortunately it is a private building, not open to visitors, but it can be seen emerging from the depths of its splendid park.
To be visited preferably in autumn, when the rice is cut and the surrounding countryside is filled with ancient colors and smells.
