Si trova al centro della valle Peligna ad ovest del monte Morrone e della Maiella che dominano il panorama. Probabilmente è stata fondata da un compagno di Enea dopo la caduta di Troia, e da allora è stata protagonista della storia Abruzzese. Tante le cose da vedere. . Da non perdere sssolutamente la piazza centrale, e l'acquedotto medievale. .
Sulmona is a beautiful town famous for giving birth to Ovid and for the production of sugared almonds. It is located in the center of the Peligna valley west of Mount Morrone and Maiella which dominate the panorama. It was probably founded by a companion of Aeneas after the fall of Troy, and since then has been the protagonist of Abruzzese history. So many things to see. .
