It could be better organized especially during this period. More than an hour in a row for an elderly ID card lined up in the cold with no chance to sit down. Too short weekly hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uffici pubblici poco reattivi. Quando un impiegato va in ferie, scordatevi vi sia una reale presa in carico dei servizi lasciati, da parte di altri dipendenti. Aspetti che rientri! Sui vigili, "Questi sconosciuti", evito ogni commento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesante disservizio...un'ora di coda per niente, possibile che per fare il certificato di residenza bisogna pagare 16 euro??? A Milano e in qualsiasi altra città il certificato viene fatto in carta libera. La sensazione è di poca voglia di lavorare
Heavy disservice ... one hour queue for nothing, possible that to get the residence certificate you have to pay 16 euros ??? In Milan and in any other city the certificate is made on plain paper. The feeling is of little desire to work
