Raccontiamola tutta la storia, stamattina mi è stato negato un farmaco salvavita contro le crisi epilettiche perché ho presentato una ricetta elettronica ma loro volevano la firma del medico in originale neanche via fax. I farmaci di quel genere vanno somministrati ad un determinato orario non si può ritardare di molto ma forse questo voi non lo sapete o non vi importa. Una ricetta diversa si poteva portare anche nel pomeriggio ma il farmaco non solo mi è stato negato ma hanno segnato la ricetta come erogata così ho dovuto fare mezz'ora di strada per trovare un medico che potesse somministrare subito il farmaco e farmi fare una nuova ricetta. Siete dei criminali. A volte nelle situazioni di emergenza dovreste fare prevalere il buon senso. What goes around comes around.
They should shut you down. Let's tell the whole story, this morning I was denied a life-saving drug against seizures because I presented an electronic prescription but they wanted the original doctor's signature not even by fax. Drugs of that kind must be administered at a certain time, it cannot be delayed much but perhaps you do not know this or you do not care. A different prescription could also be brought in the afternoon but the drug was not only denied me but they marked the prescription as delivered so I had to travel half an hour to find a doctor who could immediately administer the drug and get me a new prescription . You are criminals. Sometimes in emergency situations you should use common sense. What goes around comes around.

Quick covid test paid € 10 I took 3 then € 30, in other places they cost € 5 same brand and type, unacceptable to charge double for the same product !!
