★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente insufficiente. Non rispondono alle chiamate in orari ufficio e agganciano di proposito, alle email neanche per sbaglio, figuriamoci.
Allora vado di persona e quando si chiede un certificato chiedono la marca da bollo quando non c'è bisogno.
Inoltre gli impiegati parlano in dialetto. E per me che sono di fuori regione avevo quasi bisogno di un traduttore!
Absolutely insufficient. They don't answer calls during office hours and hang up on purpose, not even by mistake, let alone email.
Then I go in person and when asking for a certificate they ask for the stamp when there is no need.
In addition, the employees speak in dialect. And for me who are from outside the region I almost needed a translator!
