★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo paese collinare ...circondato da tanto verde ...campagne ricche di oliveti...e terreni coltivati soprattutto a grano ... con un clima piacevole e gente molto socievole ...belle le chiese del Belvedere e del convento di Sant'Antonio ...il patrono del paese ..pizzerie ed agriturismi dove si gustano ottime pietanza con materie prime locali e biologiche ed una sagra della pasta fresca che si tiene in agosto davvero invitante e festosa ...un museo del cinema ricco di reperti unici e un velodromo centro regionale di gare di ciclismo su pista ... consiglio vivamente una visita ad Oppido ...anche più di una ?
Beautiful hill country ... surrounded by a lot of greenery ... countryside rich in olive groves ... and land cultivated mainly with wheat ... with a pleasant climate and very sociable people ... beautiful churches of the Belvedere and the convent of Sant 'Antonio ... the patron saint of the town ... pizzerias and farmhouses where you can enjoy excellent dishes with local and organic raw materials and a festival of fresh pasta held in August really inviting and festive ... a museum of cinema full of finds unique and a velodrome regional center of track cycling races ... highly recommend a visit to Oppido ... even more than one ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Basilicata offre sempre suggestioni ed emozioni a chi sa cercare. Oppido, appollaiato sulle colline come una sentinella, non fa eccezione. Numerosi e interessanti i luoghi di culto cosi come sono belli i vicoli che scendono dalla chiesa madre. Lasciatevi guidare dai passi disegnati sul lastricato alla scoperta della città vecchia e non dimenticate di lasciar correre lo sguardo dai numerosi squarci panoramici che si aprono.
Basilicata always offers suggestions and emotions to those who know how to look. Oppidus, perched on the hills like a sentinel, is no exception.
