★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incinta di 8 mesi x una pratica di 10 minuti dopo avermi lasciato in sala di attesa più di 20 minuti dicendomi di aspettare che avrebbero fatto la procedura. Arriva un impiegata dicendomi che l'ordinanza del sindaco vietava assolutamente senza appuntamento fare qualsiesi pratica mi ha dato l'appuntamento( ora che ha controllato la disponibilità ci son voluti più di 10 min)

8 months pregnant for 10 minutes practice after leaving me in the waiting room more than 20 minutes telling me to wait for the procedure to be done. An employee arrives and tells me that the mayor's ordinance absolutely forbade without an appointment to do any practice he gave me the appointment (now that he has checked the availability it took more than 10 min)
