★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo quaranta minuti allo sportello per un rinnovo carta d' identità non è stato possibile eseguirlo per problemi del PC!!! Ma nessuno comprende che la tecnologia deve essere al servizio del cittadino e non il contrario???!! Quando non si comprende che dovrebbe sempre esserci un modo per poter bypassare i problemi tecnologici, ritornando provvisoriamente alla modalità cartacea, si è davvero arretrati!!!!!
