Tutto il resto degli uffici ( ad esempio le poste) e dei negozi sono aperti con le adeguate protezioni, (schermi, mascherina e quant'altro).
Non si capisce, se non col solito privilegio dei dipendenti pubblici, perché il comune come l'INPS o l'agenzia entrate, ancora ricevono solo su appuntamento e magari pure telefonicamente.

All the rest of the offices (for example the post office) and shops are open with adequate protections (screens, masks and so on).
It is not clear, if not with the usual privilege of public employees, why the municipality, such as INPS or the revenue agency, still receive only by appointment and perhaps even by telephone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno .un ringraziamento alla polizia distretto oltrarno di Firenze che ieri sera alle 22:50 anno preso i 2 malviventi che si sono intrufolati nel sotto garage rubando diversi pezzi della mia moto da cross nuova e causandomi danni alla moto per circa 2000 . Un ringraziamento in primis a l'agente laurentino Daniele del distretto oltrarno Firenze che con la sua tenacia e agilità a subito individuato i 2 malviventi, e in collaborazione con i suo colleghi altrettanto tenaci e astuti anno bloccato ogni via di fuga di questi 2 malfattori . Thanks to the Oltrarno district police of Florence who last night at 10:50 pm they took the 2 criminals who sneaked into the garage underneath stealing several pieces of my new motocross bike and causing damage to my bike for about 2000. Thanks first of all to the Laurentian agent Daniele from the Oltrarno district of Florence who, with his tenacity and agility, immediately identified the 2 criminals, and in collaboration with his equally tenacious and cunning colleagues, he blocked every escape route for these 2 criminals. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza allucinante: disorganizzazione nel gestire la coda, si deve stare ammassati in un cunicolo afoso, mentre dentro ci sarebbero dei posti a sedere che si possono utilizzare con le dovute cautele. Troppi appuntamenti a ridosso per poco personale. Le “denuncie” passano avanti a tutti, anche se uno ha preso appuntamento due mesi prima. Andrebbero gestite a parte, senza compromettere il flusso degli appuntamenti prefissati.
In compenso l’addetto che mi ha servita, Franco, è stato molto gentile, veloce ed esaustivo.
