★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L' agire della polizia locale di questo bel comune è , a mio modesto avviso, vergognoso.
Approfittano della festività dei s.s.martiri,
che richiama in paese numerosi fedeli e turisti, per rimpinguare le casse comunali con le multe ai malcapitati automobilisti che parcheggiano dove possono senza peraltro dare fastidio alla circolazione.
Ho avuto modo di osservare come nella seconda giornata di festa di quest'anno veniva celermente rimossa un'auto parcheggiata insieme ad altre
in via Giuseppe del pezzo senza che desse il minimo intralcio.
Nella suddetta strada c'è si il segnale di divieto di sosta, ma negli altri giorni i solerti vigili sono generalmente più tolleranti.
Mentre nei giorni di festa quella strada diventa una trappola mangiasoldi.
The action of the local police in this beautiful town is, in my humble opinion, shameful.
They take advantage of the feast of the holy martyrs,
which attracts numerous faithful and tourists to the town, to replenish the municipal coffers with fines for unfortunate motorists who park where they can without bothering traffic.
I was able to observe how on the second day of celebration this year a car parked together with others was quickly removed
in via Giuseppe del piece without giving the slightest hindrance.
In the aforementioned road there is a no parking sign, but on other days the diligent policemen are generally more tolerant.
While on holidays that street becomes a money-eating trap.

As true celanesi, they respond with education and courtesy to polite and courteous citizens. For the others, bread for their teeth. After all, it is the municipality of Celano, not Stockholm.
