Sul sito risultano aperti e in realtà sono chiusi da tre giorni. Sono 5 giorni che il mio compagno si reca all'ufficio anagrafe per rifare la tessera d'identità con tanto di denuncia di smarrimento.
Una volta non c'è il personale addetto,
un'altra volta non hanno la password per entrare, un'altra volta c'è una persona anziana (molto probabilmente in pensione) che non sa proprio dove mettere le mani e ora chiuso per sanificazione da tre giorni. Tanto ora iniziano le vacanze di Natale, e noi?
Paghiamo solo le tasse per non avere nessun servizio.
Disappointing
They are open on the site and have actually been closed for three days. My partner has been going to the registry office for 5 days to redo his identity card with a report of loss.
Once there is no staff,
another time they do not have the password to enter, another time there is an elderly person (most likely retired) who does not know where to put his hands and now closed for sanitation for three days. The Christmas holidays are starting now, and what about us?
We only pay taxes for not having any services.
