M	Michela Ferrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le tre Stelle sono solo per le ragazze impiegate in ufficio (tutte molto gentili, pazienti e precise) per il resto... è vero che chi sbaglia deve pagare ma in alcuni contesti (esempio "a caso": gli ospedali) ci vorrebbe più cuore e testa che "senso del dovere" da parte degli addetti alla rimozione. The three stars are only for girls employed in the office (all very kind, patient and precise) for the rest ... it is true that those who make mistakes must pay but in some contexts (for example "by chance": hospitals) it would take longer heart and head that "sense of duty" by the removal workers.

Pensate che mi hanno rigato un vetro, ho chiamato subito per denunciarlo, ho mandato una raccomandata con le prove, ho telefonato ogni mese... indovinate? dopo 2 anni di "risponderemo" e "la contatterà X" sono scaduti i termini! Intanto io gli ho dato 150€ solo per la rimozione e mi ritrovo un vetro rotto. È uno schifo e nessuno fa nulla per evitarlo! D	Dario Pivanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente se si va in questo posto vuol dire che si è parcheggiato non proprio bene, però se si è in possesso di permesso di sosta l'operatore addetto alla rimozione dovrebbe tenere conto. Lavorando al Bellaria vuol dire che tutti i giorni parcheggio in quest'area. Nonostante avere dato euro 70.00 personale scortese. Surely if you go to this place it means that you have parked not really well, but if you have a parking permit, the removal operator should take this into account. Working at Bellaria means that every day parking in this area. Despite having given € 70.00 rude staff.

Non ho trovato la bicicletta ma tanta gentilezza da parte della giovane impiegata che lavora alla reception e da parte dell' operatore che mi ha fatto vedere tutte le biciclette. Davvero gentili e disponibili. I went to see if my bicycle had been removed. I did not find the bicycle but a lot of kindness from the young employee who works at the reception and from the operator who showed me all the bicycles. Really nice and helpful.

Ma è giusto..a 1 metro c'era il grosso cartello in perfetto italiano :sembra un parcheggio... ma NON ENTRARE !! ???? It was nice to find cars for only 155 euros (with fines) .. and familiarize with German tourists under the sun in the queue at the depot .. But that's right .. at 1 meter there was the big sign in perfect Italian: it looks like a parking lot ... but DO NOT ENTER !! ????

D	Davide Saraceno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggerisco al responsabile di questo posto di pagare dei corsi di educazione e gentilezza al personale che ci lavora, in particolare al receptionist che risponde in maniera sgarbata a chi chiede informazioni. In particolare ho chiesto di vedere l'auto prima di firmare un modulo per dichiarare che l'auto non ha subito danni durante il trasporto e la risposta è stata "valla a vedere e non mi fare perdere tempo". Inoltre nessuno ti accompagna nel loro parcheggio, né sanno dirti dove sia parcheggiata l'auto, quindi devi girare da solo con vari rischi in mezzo ad auto incidentate per ritrovarla. Le tariffe del servizio sono altissime e totalmente fuori logiche di mercato anche rispetto alle altre città, ma questo dipende dal molto discutibile accordo che è stato stipulato con il Comune di Bologna e che spero non gli venga rinnovato a queste condizioni, anche per il fatto che stanno (non a caso) in periferia molto fuori dal centro di Bologna. I suggest to the manager of this place to pay for the education and kindness courses to the staff who work there, in particular to the receptionist who responds rudely to those who ask for information.
