Ogni anno si prega per la nascita del buon Gesù io invece prego anche i santi affinché non mi si rompi la macchina percorrendo strade che sono al limite della legalità... Buche ovunque , dislivelli incredibili dossi mimetizzati insomma l'amministrazione dovrebbe provvedere alla sistemazione delle strade di questa bellissima città!!! Avrei preferito dare 5 stelle ma ahimé non posso finché non verranno sistemati questi problemi.. Assolutamente soddisfacente come esperienza, avvolte la burocrazia fa impazzire ma non nel comune di Biella. Bravissimi davvero. I had to attend to some paperwork and I must say that I found organization, courtesy and efficiency. Absolutely satisfying as an experience, sometimes the bureaucracy drives you crazy but not in the municipality of Biella. Really very good.
