C	Cristina Ciriaci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta in visita al cimitero la prima domenica di novembre alle ore 15.30 e ho trovato i cancelli chiusi dopo aver percorso 60 km. A Roma i cimiteri, se pur in stato di semi abbandono, sono però aperti. Come si può chiudere un cimitero le domeniche pomeriggio soprattutto a novembre? I visited the cemetery on the first Sunday of November at 3.30 pm and found the gates closed after traveling 60 km. In Rome the cemeteries, although in a state of semi-abandonment, are however open. How can a cemetery be closed on Sunday afternoons, especially in November?
C	Constantina Velicu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un disgusto per il disservizio totale da parte dei operatori ai sportelli....appuntamento preso online per le ore 8.45 ma lo sportello stato civile viene aperto a le ore 9.15 dopo lunghe telefonate da parte del adeto a la sicurezza, Con l'impiegata a lo sportello molto arrogante e prepotente (scocciata probabilmente dalla interuzzione de la sua collazione). La prefettura di Roma a inviato il 14/01/2021 preso il comune di Ardea il protocollo della mia pratica di cittadinanza concessa a novembre del 2020 e che essa era obbligata per legge di comunicarla/ notificarlo a me entro 90 gg. Ad oggi ,dopo undici mesi, la " Signora" a lo sportello si è giustificata asserendo che il personale che si occupava prima è andato in pensione???? E quindi l'ufficiorimame rimane fermo??? Anche a giugno 2021 presentandomi a lo sportello mi viene detto : Noi non abbiamo ricevuto Nulla" .Ma la prefettura mi comunica con la pec il numero e la data d'invio del 14/01/2021 + sul la mia richiesta la prefettura Riinvia il provvedimento il 13/12/2021...l'appuntamento per il giuramento mi viene dato nel 2022...???? Un anno di diritti da cittadino italiano derubato dal Comune di Ardea. Però lo stesso comune pretende solo i obblighi. Il primo appuntamento utile, considerato breve per il rinnovo della carta d'identità viene concesso a luglio del 2022 ??? A la faccia della digitalizzazione e della burocrazia!!!! To the face of digitization and bureaucracy !!!!

Se vai di persona non ti fanno entrare perché serve appuntamento anche se devi fare una domanda, si perdono fogli/ documentazione. È una cosa abominevole. Bad. There is a number for the municipality of Ardea, but if you call it, no one ever answers. If you go in person they will not let you in because you need an appointment even if you have to ask a question, you will lose sheets / documentation. It is an abominable thing.

E vengono anche pagati..... complimenti per il vostro lavoro sicuramente remunerato ma di certo non meritato! Ah 1 stella perché 0 non si può They do not answer .... the reference numbers do not exist! g	gianfranco del prete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo servizio, pensavo che con il tempo sarebbe migliorato in tutto, invece.. sempre peggio non risponde mai nessuno , mi sono recato in ufficio anagrafe ben tre volte con lunghe attese ma sempre con la stessa attesa e le stesse risposte, ma io dico!! il sindaco dove sta? esiste il sindaco di ardea? caro sindaco dove sei !! visto che sei pagato con i soldi pubblici (nostri) perché non fai qualcosa per noi cittadini che ti diamo la possibilità di prendere uno stipendio a fine mese! il mio voto purtroppo e di una stella altrimenti darei -0 anche meno.......... bad service, I thought that with time everything would improve, however .. worse and worse no one ever answers, I went to the registry office three times with long waits but always with the same waiting and the same answers, but I say! ! where is the mayor? does the mayor of ardea exist? dear mayor where are you !! since you are paid with public money (ours) why do not you do something for us citizens that we give you the opportunity to take a salary at the end of the month! unfortunately my vote is one star otherwise I would give -0 even less ..........
O	Osvaldo Formisano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono obbligato a dare una stella. Ma non meritano neanche questa. L' ufficio del sindaco ed i servizi tecnici che non tengono conto né rispondono ad una PEC. I quesiti dei cittadini in questo comune non hanno risposta. Vergognoso. I am obliged to give a star. But they don't deserve this either. The mayor's office and the technical services that do not take into account or respond to a PEC. The citizens' questions in this municipality have no answer. Shameful.
M	Massimiliano Carloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E non posso dare meno,preso appuntamento per prendere scheda elettorale oggi 27/12/2021 arrivare al municipio rischiando di spaccare le gomme dell'auto per le buche sull'asfalto delle strade per poi avere risposta che non se ne fa niente per mancanza dei funzionari malati di covid , ma una email a coloro che hanno preso appuntamento nell'era di internet non era lecito?? Distinti saluti e Buone Feste. C	Camelia Boban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti danno la ricevuta della PEC protocollata, ma dopo una settimana non ti danno appuntamento, non rispondono alle email e telefono. Ti prendi la giornata libera per venire da Roma, paghi 60 euro di taxi dalla stazione di Santa Palomba per arrivare da loro e rettificare il luogo di nascita sul certificato di decesso che loro stessi hanno sbagliato (pratica che ti blocca il nullaosta alla cremazione della salma che attende da 4 mesi al deposito di Prima Porta), ma di martedì trovi chiuso. Non uno straccio di orario sul sito. Meno di 1 stella non si può dare purtroppo. Ma tutte queste recensioni negative evidentemente non interessano a nessuno dei dirigenti.
