If the digital service were active to book at the counters, it would be 4 stars but it is not. Huge chaos and great trouble for the people in charge of this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondono al telefono solo per avvenuto miracolo, agli sportelli sembra che scendano dalle nuvole, nessuno sa niente, cose semplici da fare diventa un calvario in comune, mala organizzazione, se dovete fare qualsiasi cosa armatevi di tantissima pazienza che c'è vuole buona fortuna.
They answer the phone only for a miracle, at the counters they seem to come down from the clouds, nobody knows anything, simple things to do becomes an ordeal in common, bad organization, if you have to do anything arm yourself with a lot of patience that there is good luck.
