Pochi giorni fa oltre ad aver aspettato dalle 8 alle 11 inutilmente a causa del l'incapacità dei lavoratori del comune, ho chiesto delle informazioni sulle procedure per fare il passaporto e mi hanno mandato al commissariato di Gravina inutilmente in quanto non avevano prenotato. Pessima organizzazione e personale davvero di basso livello come la signora bionda delle carte di identità che usa un linguaggio scurrile se qualcuno chiede qualche informazione.
