★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo in negozio (essendo fermo a casa e non potendo uscire) e mi presento, per ricevere informazioni tecniche su dei capi, ma la signora che mi risponde (nonosante la massima gentilezza e cortesia espressa dal sottoscritto) è frettolosa e spazientita e, mentre mi liquidano scocciati, superficialmente commentano la mia condizione, senza nemmeno premurarsi di accertarsi che la telefonata sia effettivamente chiusa. Prezzi SUPERIORI alla media, così come la maleducazione del personale.
I call the shop (being stopped at home and not being able to go out) and I introduce myself, to receive technical information on the items, but the lady who answers me (despite the utmost kindness and courtesy expressed by myself) is hasty and impatient and, while I dismissed annoyed, superficially comment on my condition, without even bothering to make sure that the phone call is actually closed. Prices HIGHER than average, as well as the rudeness of the staff.
