Abbiamo acquistato 3 computer touch screen oltre a vari componenti tra cui antivirus, gruppo continuità, etc...dopo pochi mesi i computer hanno iniziato a dare problemi...inutile raccontare il susseguirsi di chiamate che terminavano con la frase “oggi vengo” “oggi ti faccio sapere”,etc...frasi false, perché puntualmente non veniva nessuno e non ci richiamava nessuno. Con pazienza e comprensione, per ottenere qualcosa, abbiamo atteso...vi dico solo che ad oggi, dopo mesi e mesi, quello che abbiamo ottenuto è: un computer che funziona, un computer su cui non possiamo usare il touch screen, un computer di sostituzione inutilizzabile...abbiamo anche perso clienti per la lentezza con cui siamo costretti a lavorare...ieri ennesima telefonata di richiesta di aiuto...conclusa con “oggi pomeriggio ti faccio sapere le tempistiche”....e naturalmente non ci ha chiamato nessuno. NB: se avete da acquistare qualcosa sono velocissimi !!! Quando abbiamo comprato l’anti virus in due ore era da noi ad installarlo!! Even 1 star is too much! Definitely unreliable. We purchased 3 touch screen computers as well as various components including antivirus, uninterruptible power supply, etc ... after a few months the computers started to give problems ... useless to tell the succession of calls that ended with the phrase "today I'm coming" " today I will let you know ”, etc ... false phrases, because nobody came promptly and nobody called us back. NB: if you have something to buy, they are very fast !!! When we bought the anti virus in two hours it was up to us to install it !!
