★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, fate attenzione quando portate il vostro pc con le componenti che avete già acquistato come ricambi, mi hanno montato lo schermo del mio pc surface pro 3 su mia richiesta, lo schermo aveva però cali di luminosità FORSE per diffettosità dello stesso o FORSE per il cavo flat o chi lo sa, fatto sta che dovendolo smontare per capire il problema, nel toglierlo me lo hanno crinato, e dopo varie chiamate per capire come comportarsi per risolvere il problema mi è stato rimborsato solo a metà, ho accettato ma non credo sia un trattamento giusto verso un cliente. il computer non l'ho potuto usare per 4 mesi dato che dovevo aspettare anche la risposta del fornitore, insomma una vicenda da dimenticare.
Penso che i clienti dovrebbero essere trattati in maniera più adeguata (personale parere) soprattutto i clienti datati... per questa mia situazione, lo sconsiglio.

I could not use the computer for 4 months as I also had to wait for the supplier to reply, in short, a story to forget.
I think that customers should be treated in a more adequate (personal opinion) especially dated clients ... for this situation, I do not recommend it.

Sono andato per un cambio display, dopo una settimana di attesa mi hanno comunicato che il tablet non era riparabile e che avevo perso tutti i dati.
Non capisco come faccia certa gente a lavorare.
CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI STARE ALLA LARGA DA STA GENTAGLIA!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio telefono a riparare lo schermo rotto dopo una caduta. Spendo 75 euro per rimetterlo a posto. Lo porto a casa e oltre alla scarsa qualità dei colori (dopo avermi detto che tra l’originale è quello che veniva meno non c’erano molte differenze) il touch non funzionava e i sensori si toccavo tutti fra di loro. Glielo riporto per metterlo a posto e dopo due settimane e mezzo che non si facevano sentire li ho chiamati io e mi hanno detto che era pronto. Lo porto a casa e la batteria dava i numeri, dal 100% passava in un attimo al 20%. Li chiamo e loro iniziano a insultarmi dicendo che non erano stati loro che volevo fare la ragazzina che sapeva tutto e che non mi avrebbero ridato il MIO telefono a meno che non me lo ridavano con lo schermo rotto dell’inizio e gli davo i 200 euro che avevano speso per rimetterlo a posto (dopo i loro danni). Da chiamare la polizia.
