Personale (proprietari) uno super gentile giovane e che ti da delucidazione, l’altro maleducato scortese e tanti altri aggettivi si merita ma mi fermo qua.
Racconto brevemente la mia storia mi si rompe lo schermo di un iPhone XR ci vado e senza appuntamento si prendono subito il mio cellulare logicamente perché in seguito ho pagato 140+iva dopo un paio di mesi lo schermo si scolla solo da un lato allora essendo che non vivo più a marsala ci vado e il proprietario giovane mi dice non ti preoccupare lasciamelo e te lo incollo tanto non ci vuole niente però deve stare due ore con la pressa in modo che si incolli io però quel giorno non potevo riascendo adesso a settembre e ci rivado di mattina presto e trovo l’altro proprietario dove se ne esce prima che me lo dava lunedì cioè dopo due giorni però io non potevo e lui se ne esce allora “Ciao” quindi direi molto educato poi dopo si informa con il tecnico e dice no mi dispiace mi doveva prendere una prenotazione. Allora morale della favola quando c’erano i soldi lo hanno preso subito quando soldini no ne dovevo dare perché era stata una cosa di loro dovevo prendere l’appuntamento a dir poco vergognoso.

I briefly tell my story the screen of an iPhone XR breaks I go there and without an appointment they immediately take my mobile phone logically because later I paid 140 + VAT after a couple of months the screen comes off only on one side then being that I don't live in Marsala anymore I go there and the young owner tells me don't worry leave it to me and I glue it to you so it doesn't take anything but it has to stay two hours with the press so that it sticks me but that day I could not go back now in September and I go back there early in the morning and find the other owner where he comes out before he gave it to me on Monday that is after two days but I couldn't and he comes out then "Hello" so I would say very polite then afterwards he inquires with the technician and says no sorry i had to take a reservation. So moral of the story when there was money they took it right away when I didn't have to give money because it was one of their things I had to make the appointment, to say the least shameful.
