★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliatissimi! Io con il computer ci lavoro e non posso perdere tempo prezioso.
Parliamo di schermi del notebook frantumati e cambiati in giornata, caselle e-mail impazzite riportate all'ordine, tablet "incasinati" nuovamente efficienti, software installati a tempo di record...
Ogni volta che ho un "guaio", sia esso piccolo o grande, trovano la soluzione, in tempi rapidi.
Senza contare che ogni riparazione o lavorazione mi viene spiegata in modo chiaro e semplice, in modo da capire esattamente che problemi vi erano prima dell'intervento.
Non gli ho mai sentito dire: "Mi dispiace, non possiamo aiutarla", ad oggi non c'è "casino" che non abbiano risolto.
I prezzi sono più che onesti in proporzione ai problemi risolti.
Rapporto di fiducia da negozio sottocasa e professionalità da super tecnici.

I have never heard him say: "I'm sorry, we can't help you", to date there is no "mess" that they haven't solved.
The prices are more than fair in proportion to the problems solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono piaciuti. Primo perché non rispettano i tempi di consegna, né quelli di apertura. Secondo, perché mi hanno venduto un notebook Asus nuovo, quando sarebbe bastato avere la pazienza (e le capacità... ) di ripararmi quello che avevo consegnato loro (non avevo grandi pretese, solo posta elettronica e normale navigazione).
Purtoppo questa cosa me l'ha fatta notare il mio nuovo (e certamente più competente) assistente informatico, a mesi di distanza dal fatto segnalato.
Che dire? Sonoramente bocciati.
I didn't like them. First because they do not respect delivery times, nor those of opening. Second, because they sold me a new Asus notebook, when it would have been enough to have the patience (and the skills ...) to repair what I had given them (I had no great demands, just e-mail and normal navigation).
Unfortunately, my new (and certainly more competent) computer assistant pointed out this thing to me, months after the fact reported.
What to say? Soundly rejected.

Personalmente circa una settimana fa ho riscontrato un problema abbastanza serio su un pc poco diffuso. Il pezzo di ricambio era introvabile e l’ unica opzione sembrava mandarlo in assistenza e aspettare mesi e mesi pagando cifre assurde (io ci lavoro con il pc). Ho chiamato circa una ventina di negozi in zona e tutti si sono tirati indietro, tutti tranne loro che hanno deciso di accettare un lavoro delicato, assumendosi ogni responsabilità. IN GIORNATA mi hanno risolto un problema che sembrava irrisolvibile, dalla quale ne è spuntato un’ altro (collegato al problema precedente) e senza perdere tempo, di loro spese, hanno risolto anche questo. Cortesi, puntuali, professionali. Consiglio vivamente.

I called about twenty shops in the area and they all pulled back, all except them who decided to accept a delicate job, taking on all responsibilities. IN THE DAY they solved a problem that seemed unsolvable, from which another one emerged (related to the previous problem) and without wasting time, their expenses, they also solved this. Courteous, punctual, professional. I highly recommend.
